- Make a Donation: Contribute $500 to cover the cost of a full day’s operations at Seva Food Bank.

What To Expect
- Scheduling: We work with your schedule to find a suitable weekday time for your team.
- Group Size: Ideal for teams of 5-15 people, participating in activities for 2-3 hours.

How do I schedule a Seva Day?
Personal Seva Day: To host for your family, 1) complete this form to request a date and 2) make $500 donation.
Corporate Seva Day: To book for your organizational team, simply 1) contact us via email to discuss your preferred date and time. Next, based on employees attending, 2) make $750 or $1,000 corporate donation. We’ll work with you to find a suitable weekday for your team.
What types of activities will I / my team participate in?
You will receive a tour, learn about our programs, and spend time organizing or repackaging items in our warehouse, all designed to be engaging and collaborative.
If you schedule during our client shifts (4-8 pm on Wed, Thurs, Fri) you will also get an opportunity to assist our clients directly.
What should volunteers bring on the day?
Volunteers should wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. All necessary materials and equipment will be provided.
Can we take photos during our Seva Day?
Yes, photos are encouraged to share internally and on social media, as long as client privacy is maintained. You will also be asked to sign an image release form upon arriving.
How does our donation help?
Your donation covers the costs of keeping our food bank operational and serving our clients at each location.
Will my contribution be recognized?
If you wish, we can share your Seva Day experience on our social media platforms to acknowledge your valued contribution.
