Kulvir Singh Gill Board Chair Kulvir is Founder of Vapaar Advisory, a strategy and facilitation firm supporting organizations through growth, alignment and decision-making. In addition to serving as Seva’s Board Chair and co-founder, he also serves on the boards of the Canada Nickel Corporation, the Empire Club of Canada and the Sikh Research Institute. Kulvir is a recipient of the King Charles III Coronation Medal, the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal and an Action Canada Fellow.
