Seva Food Bank received a grant from Brighter Together and Bright Immigration to train 15 volunteers in CPR and First Aid Emergency Response. Our volunteers receiving this certification facilitate food bank clients on site as well as visit client homes for food deliveries. The training will help maintain a safe environment since our frontline workers now know what they need to do in case of a medical emergency until an ambulance can arrive.
