What it Takes to Volunteer With SEVA
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a recognized academic program with a placement component
- Minimum commitment: 100 hours

- Wolfedale – 3413 Wolfedale Road Unit 10
- Must complete orientation and follow Seva’s volunteer policies

Can I fulfill my hours part-time?
Yes, most placements are flexible to fit your academic schedule as long as you can attend any of the shifts available. Students must be available for all or any Wednesdays and Thursdays 12-8 and Fridays 9am to 3pm which are our operational hours for client engagement.
Do you sign official school documents?
Yes, we will complete required forms and provide supervision.
Is this experience eligible for co-op or internships?
We accept a limited number of students in co-op roles—please indicate this in your application.
Do I need experience in food programs?
No—training and support are provided.
