Urban Gardening

Take a tour of our demonstration garden which showcases how to grow good food within your own homes. Follow the simple steps which can be taken to supplement the food supply, through planting and growing on your own and following techniques to preserve the fresh produce.

Community Education

Watch online as our professional chef uses nutritious items in the food bank to prepare healthy meals on a lean budget. Production of these videos has enabled us to creatively connect with residents living in Mississauga, Ontario, with nutritious, culturally appropriate and affordable food.
